This requires action across a range of priorities from cleaning our neighborhoods to promoting public safety to supporting the growth and retention of local businesses.

Develop a Pine Bluff Clean Team, part-time employees who will clear roadsides of litter and debris on a regular basis.
Ensure the continual operation of Free Dump Day, which allows residents to discard waste and debris at a designated location once a month.
Develop a Citizen Inspectors program that trains citizens on monitoring neighborhoods, working with fellow residents, and collaborating with Code Enforcement Department to clean and maintain neighborhoods.
Promote the development of a street maintenance plan to catalog streets in need of upgrades, enhancing accountability.
